Real Estate Update: Uttar Pradesh Sarkar new notification came on 18-06-2022 that all the registry done in blood relation as gifts deed, it will be maximum stamp paid to government only Rs.5000/- with effect from 22-06-2022.
The blood relation is father to son, daughter, grandson, grand daughter, son in law, brother in law, etc… the list of relations given in notification can be seen in picsture that i uploaded in this post.
So its happy time who wish to gifts their fix assets like property to their love one they can do it with very nominal stamp duty pay to government, remember its only Uttar Pradesh government rule for only in Uttar Pradesh state.
Its U.P. government gifts to their loved public.
